All of our products are made to order. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary depending on your location.

United States: Estimated 3–7 business days after fulfillment
International: Estimated 7–21 business days after fulfillment

Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Team Rucked Up is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

• Customs processing
