Return & Refund Policy

At Team Rucked Up, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to change of mind.

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number
• Provide clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

We do not require you to return damaged items unless specifically requested.


Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect size ordered
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Sale items
• Gift cards


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
